Things We Do.

Scarborough Urban Area projects

Barrowcliff Community Gateways Project

This is an arts-based project in partnership with the multi-agency My Barrowcliff Steering Group and the Barrowcliff Residents Association.  The project aims to increase community pride by providing gateways signage to the four main entrances to the Barrowcliff Estate, welcoming the visitor and creating a sense of belonging for the resident.

Funding has now been secured for the project which means that local residents will soon be engaged in a series of community art workshops led by a professional artist to design these unique and creative signs for the Estate.
